Гэр бүл, хүүхдийн хэргийг дагнасан хялбар ажиллагааны шүүх шинээр бий болно.

Гэр бүл, хүүхдийн хэргийн шүүхийг байгуулснаар ямар үр дүн гарах вэ гэвэл, Нийслэл дэх Гэр бүл, хүүхдийн хэргийн анхан шатны тойргийн шүүх, Гэр бүл, хүүхдийн хэргийн давж заалдах шатны дагнасан шүүх гэж тус тус байгуулахаар төсөлд тусгасан. Иргэний хэргийн анхан шатны шүүхийн нийт шийдвэрлэж байгаа хэргийн 10-12 хувийг Гэр бүлийн тухай хуулиар шийдвэрлэсэн хэрэг эзэлсэн байдаг  Эдгээр хэргийн 60 орчим хувийг гэрлэлтийг шүүхийн журмаар цуцалсан хэрэг, маргаан эзэлж байна. Харин эрүүгийн хэргийн анхан шатны шүүхийн хянан шийдвэрлэж буй хэргийн 1,3 хувийг гэр бүлийн хүчирхийлэл үйлдэх гэмт хэрэг, өсвөр насны хүн холбогдож хянан шийдвэрлэсэн хэрэг нийт хянан шийдвэрлэсэн хэргийн 1,2 хувийг тус тус эзэлсэн байна. Өсвөр насны хүн хохирсон хэрэг нийт хохирогчийн 4,3 хувийг, Гэр бүлийн хүчирхийлэлтэй тэмцэх тухай хуулийн зөрчсөн зөрчлийн хэрэг нийт хянан шийдвэрлэж буй зөрчлийн хэргийн дөрөв орчим хувийг тус тус эзэлж байна. Эндээс Монголд гэр бүл, хүүхдийн хэргийн шүүх байгуулах хэрэгцээ шаардлага бий болжээ.  Гэр бүлийн шүүх байгуулагдсанаар гэр бүлийн болон насанд хүрээгүй хүний нас, бие, сэтгэл зүйн онцлогт тохирсон шүүхийн тусгай процесс, орчин бүрдэнэ. Гэр бүл салалт , гэр бүлийн хүчирхийлэл, хүүхдийн эсрэг гэмт хэрэг буурахад нөлөөлнө. Тус шүүх байгуулагдсанаар шүүхийн ачааллыг 22 хувиар буруулна гэсэн тооцоолол ч гараад байна. Гол нь хууль өөрөө хэрэгжих  ёстой. Хууль шүүх өөрийн байртай байна гэдэг дундаа байртай байна гэх зохицуулалт  байхгүй болно. Гурван шүүх гурван байртай байх атал 2015 оны шүүх байгуулалтаар нэгтгэчихсэн явдал нь хууль хэрэгжих ёстой болохоос биш боломжгүй бол тэгээрэй гэсэн зохицуулалт байхгүй. Хуульд шүүх төсвөөс санхүүжинэ, бие даасан төсөвтэй байна, ажиллах боломжийг төр хангана гэсэн зохицуулалттай байдаг.
